Built to your Spec

Built to your spec. Branded as yours.

Cabo does not sell from a catalogue. Kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and closet systems, every order matched to the exact requirement, then built and shipped under your brand. This is what Cabo builds to.

Your name on every box

Builders, developers and supply companies put their own name on the product. Cabo runs your brand on the box, the label and the paperwork, so the cabinets that reach the job site read as yours. A real factory close by can do that on a short order. A trading desk reselling generic stock cannot, and cannot do it fast.

Box construction

Framed or frameless. Cabo builds both, to the same standard, and the right answer is the one the project and the installer call for.

Framed

A face frame across the front of the cabinet box. The traditional US construction, familiar to every installer, forgiving on site, and the easy choice when a project is matching existing work. Built on a 1/2 inch grade plywood box with full overlay doors and drawers on 3/4 inch panels.

Frameless

No face frame. Full overlay doors, concealed hinges and full access to the opening, for the clean contemporary look multifamily and BTR projects are specifying now. Built on a 3/4 inch box with full extension drawers.

Door styles

Four families of door, each available framed or frameless. Specify the one the project needs, or send a sample and Cabo will match it.

Shaker

A three stile rail shaker, the default for apartments and the most requested door Cabo builds. Painted or stained, framed or frameless.

Slim shaker

A narrower three quarter stile rail. The same recessed panel in a tighter, more current proportion. Engineered HDF for a dead flat paint surface.

Slab

A flat square slab door, furniture board laminated on both sides. The lowest cost per unit and the fastest to finish at volume. Colour matched or natural woodgrain.

Thermofoil and shaped

Thermofoil for a seamless wrapped finish, plus non shaker shaped doors when a project calls for a profile the standard three do not cover.

Finishes and colour

Painted, stained on solid wood, or thermofoil. Cabo colour matches to any Pantone reference, so the finish is the exact project requirement rather than the nearest named swatch. On a multi building development every cabinet reads the same, building to building and order to order, because it is matched to a number, not picked from a card.

How the cabinet is built

The construction under the door, the same on every unit Cabo ships.

  • 3/4 inch plywood box with half depth adjustable shelves
  • 3/4 inch plywood dovetail drawer box with captured bottoms
  • Soft close, six way adjustable concealed hinges
  • Soft close undermount full extension drawer slides
  • Steel corner braces on the box
  • Full overlay doors and drawers on 3/4 inch panels

Hardware is supplied with the order or shipped separately on request. Cabinets ship ready to assemble or fully assembled, and the order can run kitchens, bathroom vanities and closet systems together so one development arrives from one factory.

What it looks like finished

The same factory, across door styles and finishes, in real US units.
