Direct Answer
Yes. Cabo Cabinet Group manufactures cabinets and vanities exclusively under your private label. We build to your exact specifications and ship every unit branded as your own product, with your company name on every box. You specify the construction, door style, finish, and hardware. We manufacture it, box it, label it, and deliver it as your branded cabinetry. This is how we work with every client, from regional builders running 50 units a month to national accounts moving 1,000 units or more.
Why It Matters
Private label manufacturing gives you control over your product line without the capital expense of a factory. You decide what to build, what to offer, and what quality level to deliver. Your brand goes on the box, the invoice, and the project documentation. Your install crews see your name, your clients see your name, and you own the relationship.
For builders and developers, this means cabinets that match your typical unit mix and finish packages without negotiating each project as a one off. For distributors and building supply companies, it means a cabinet line you can spec, price, and sell under your own brand, with lead times and quality you can count on. You are not reselling another factory's brand, you are selling your own.
Because Cabo is a pure cabinet and vanity manufacturer with 700,000 square feet of production capacity, we handle volume. The factory produces roughly 8,000 apartment units of cabinetry per month, about 200 shipping containers. That capacity supports partnerships over years, not one time orders.
How It Works
You provide the specifications: framed or frameless boxes, RTA or assembled, door style in shaker, slim shaker, slab or thermofoil, painted or stained, hardware and soft close options. Cabo engineers the cut list, produces the cabinets, and packages them with your branding. A typical unit runs 6 to 40 cabinets depending on the floor plan.
Timeline is approximately 30 days production once the spec is confirmed, then under 7 days delivery by land to your US job site. Total time from confirmed specification to cabinets on site is roughly five weeks. Compare that to Asia, which adds 45 to 90 days of ocean transit on top of production time.
All cabinetry is CARB Phase 2 and TSCA Title VI compliant. Cabo works in partnerships, often over multiple years and hundreds of units. For the highest volume buyers, the National Accounts program provides dedicated support and pricing.
What to Specify for Private Label
When setting up a private label cabinet program, define your standard offerings first. Most builders and distributors start with two or three finish packages: a base level and one or two upgrades. Pick your door styles, your paint or stain colors, and your box construction. Frameless boxes save interior space and suit modern designs. Framed boxes give a traditional look and simplify site adjustments.
Decide on RTA or assembled based on your install crews and storage. RTA reduces freight cost and warehouse space. Assembled cabinets speed up the install and reduce labor on site. Either way, your brand is on the box.
Work with Cabo to lock in the specification, then run it across projects. Consistency in spec means consistency in cost, schedule, and quality. That is the value of private label manufacturing: you control what you sell, and the factory delivers it as yours.
